ServiceNow HAM Pro Lead

The role requires strong end-to-end ServiceNow development experience and close collaboration with the client’s development teams.

This position is suitable for Team Lead to Senior Specialist–level candidates with 5–8 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM Pro solutions
• Work hands-on across the full development lifecycle (requirements, build, test, deployment, support)
• Collaborate closely with client development and architecture teams
• Configure asset lifecycle management, hardware models, stockrooms, audits, and normalization
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flows
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards
• Provide technical guidance and support enhancements and defect fixes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro (mandatory)
• Proven hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills within the ServiceNow platform
• Solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, and asset lifecycle management
• Experience working in large enterprise, client-facing environments

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, HAM Pro)
• Agile/Scrum experience
