Job Title:- ServiceNow Architect

Location:- Onsite Atlanta, GA (local)

Duration:- 6-12 Months Contract (Possible extensions)

The Onsite ServiceNow Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for defining and owning the overall ServiceNow architecture. This role works very closely with customer stakeholders to design, guide, and govern enterprise-scale implementations involving Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the overall ServiceNow solution and architecture owner
• Lead multiple ServiceNow implementations with a focus on CMDB and ITOM
• Design end-to-end architecture including Discovery, CSDM, HAM, and SAM
• Create high-level and detailed design & architecture diagrams
• Engage directly with customer stakeholders and leadership
• Provide technical guidance and governance to offshore teams
• Ensure best practices, scalability, and data quality standards
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong expertise in Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong architecture and design documentation experience
• ServiceNow Architect-level certifications preferred
