ServiceNow Expertise
- Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including:
o HR Case & Knowledge Management
o Employee Service Center (ESC)
o HR Agent Workspace
o Lifecycle Events (Onboarding/Transfer/Offboarding)
o HR Integrations with core systems (Workday, Active Directory, others)

Knowledge of platform capabilities, including workflows, catalog items, records, HR tables, automation, and security roles.

Ability to translate HR requirements into functional user stories and validate solutions with technical teams.
Project Management Skills
-
8–12+ years of overall IT experience with strong PM background.
-
Proven experience managing ServiceNow HRSD implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
-
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
-
Proficiency in creating and managing:
o Project plans
o RAID logs
o Budget tracking
o Sprint backlogs
o UAT plans
o Cutover/hypercare plans
o Executive status dashboards
- Experience handling vendor coordination, multi team collaboration, and offshore–onsite communication.
HR Domain Knowledge

Understanding of enterprise HR processes (Case Management, Employee Experience, HR Operations).

Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT teams.
Technical Coordination
-
Ability to work with developers, architects, and integration teams.

Familiarity with ServiceNow–Workday integrations (preferred).

Ability to review functional specs, process flows, and testing documentation.
Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Strong presentation and documentation skills.

Ability to manage expectations, handle escalations, and lead workshops/discussions onsite.

Roles & Responsibilities
Project Delivery
-
Scope, plan, and manage end to end ServiceNow HRSD project(s) for Lennar Homes.
-
Lead requirement discussions, define project timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
-
Track project milestones and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
-
Oversee technical and functional solution alignment with HRSD best practices.
Stakeholder Management
-
Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business, HR, and IT stakeholders.
-
Drive communication across cross functional teams and leadership.
-
Conduct steering committee / weekly status meetings and provide transparent reporting.
Agile Execution
-
Lead sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, planning, retrospectives).
-
Ensure alignment on backlog prioritization with Product Owners / HR leads.
-
Validate development progress, acceptance criteria, and testing readiness.
Testing & Deployment
-
Coordinate SIT, UAT, and regression cycles with QA and business teams.
-
Oversee creation of test plans, scripts, and defect tracking.
-
Prepare and execute deployment plans, change controls, and hypercare activities.
Governance & Compliance
-
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow and organizational security, compliance, and audit guidelines.

Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and approval records.
Continuous Improvement
-
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements in HRSD and employee experience.

Provide recommendations to optimize ServiceNow HR workflows and automation.
Preferred Skills
-
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS HRSD, ITIL).
-
PMP, CSM, or PMI ACP certification.
-
Experience working in homebuilding, real estate, or construction domain (preferred).
-
Exposure to integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or payroll systems.
