Job Title :: Project Manager – ServiceNow ITSM Location :: Fort Mill, SC ||| San Diego, CA || Austin, TX || NY || NJ Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations and Background Verification (BGV) programs. The candidate will lead large-scale ITSM transformations, manage end-to-end BGV project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities· Need 10+ years overall experience, 5+ years managing ServiceNow ITSM programs· Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure· Manage BGV programs/projects, including vendor onboarding, process standardization, compliance tracking, and SLA governance· Drive implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM modules:· Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management· Ensure adherence to ITIL v3/v4 best practices· Manage UAT, production releases, and post-go-live support Technical Skills & Expertise· ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory) – hands-on project leadership experience· ITIL v3 / ITIL v4 certified or strong practical experience· Strong understanding of CMDB, integrations, workflows, and automation· Experience with BGV tools, vendors, and compliance frameworks· Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies· Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint Required Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field· 10+ years of overall IT experience· Proven experience managing large-scale ITSM and BGV initiatives· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications· PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification· ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, or higher)· Experience working in global delivery or shared services environments
