ServiceNow & CMDB Specialist required to own and improve Configuration Management Database, ensuring accurate, trusted data that supports IT service management and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance theServiceNow CMDBin line with best practice (eg CSDM)

Define and enforce CMDB governance and data quality standards

Configure and support discovery, service mapping, and integrations

Maintain CI lifecycle and relationship accuracy

Provide reporting and insights on CMDB health and compliance

Act as the ServiceNow CMDB subject-matter expert

Skills & Experience

Strong hands-onServiceNow CMDBexperience

Solid understanding ofITIL Configuration Management

Experience with CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping

Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
