[Remote] Service Now Developer

They are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and modules on ServiceNow
• Implement advanced automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration
• Customize ServiceNow UI using Jelly, AngularJS, and modern front-end frameworks
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Server
• Work with APIs, web services, and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, and OAuth integrations
• Advanced scripting in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
• Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
• Develop custom widgets using Service Portal and AngularJS
• Manage CMDB data models, relationships, and reconciliation
• Build advanced reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
• Optimize queries and ensure data integrity across modules
• Implement automated deployments using ServiceNow’s Update Sets and DevOps integrations
• Work with Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and enterprise standards
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals

Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development and administration in enterprise environments
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, GRC)
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
• Hands-on with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Candidates must be eligible for new H-1B filing
• OPT, STEM OPT, CPT (with required experience), H-1B transfer, EAD, GC, and USC candidates may apply
• Experience with AI/ML-driven automation in ServiceNow
• Exposure to cloud-native integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security compliance
