Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead / Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring scalable and high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Experience in at least one additional module:
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt)
• ITAM / SAM
• HRSD or CSM
• Strong JavaScript (server-side & client-side) skills
• Experience with Flow Designer & Automation
• Hands-on experience with integrations and data imports
• Experience leading teams or acting as technical lead
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS certifications
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder & Workspaces
