The Opportunity

Join EY as a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and administering the ServiceNow platform. You will focus on configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems to enhance business processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal platform performance.
• Administer user roles and security settings according to company policies.
• Perform routine maintenance, including upgrades and performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability.
• Develop ServiceNow workflows and business rules to streamline processes.
• Design and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Create custom scripts using ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
• Build custom forms, reports, and dashboards for business users.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Provide technical expertise and training to users on ServiceNow best practices.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 support for complex incidents related to ServiceNow.
• Document solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting for workflows and UI Policies.
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Import Sets).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio and Service Portal.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of IT control environments in the US Government sector.
• Able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules is a plus.
