• ITSM Tools - Experience with service management platform, understand asset management and discovery
• Someone who's an Ivanti Administrator/Analyst (or as a 2nd option, a ServiceNow Administrator)
• Knows from an incident problem and change standpoint
• Set up integrations, like APIs
• SQL, run queries
