Akkodis is seeking for an ServiceNow HAM PRO position which is in Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Title: ServiceNow HAM PRO

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Pay Range: $87-90/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module.

Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

Experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

Overview:

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.

Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.

Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.

Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
