BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator for a Remote Role.
Position Title: Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator
Location: Remote Role
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Months
Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]
Pay Range: $50/hr.-$65/hr.

Requirements:
- We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM (PM) Business Analyst with strong S/4HANA experience and a process-first mindset. This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, partnering closely with stakeholders to improve, support, and optimize Enterprise Asset Management processes in a live SAP S/4HANA environment.
- You will act as a trusted advisor, helping teams identify gaps, streamline workflows, and get more value out of SAP EAM and Inventory Management.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand Demand to Supply processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide hands-on process consulting and recommend practical, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions
- Analyze data, transactions, and workflows to improve process efficiency and system performance
- Support and troubleshoot EAM and Inventory Management issues in production
- Lead and support user training sessions to drive adoption and confidence
- Participate in testing cycles and ensure quality delivery of new functionality
- Support change management efforts through clear communication and structured change control
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend ongoing enhancements
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience across PM, EAM, and Inventory Management
- Strong experience in process mapping, configuration, integration, and implementation
- Experience supporting at least two SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Working knowledge of SAP Fiori applications
- Solid understanding of Demand to Supply business processes
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with change management and process consulting
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Experience working in Waterfall and SAP Activate methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP PP, QM, or WM
- Local to Minnesota
