Job Description

Essential Skills:

Serve as the primary onsite ServiceNow architect for HRSD initiatives.

Lead endtoend design| solution architecture| and implementation of ServiceNow modules| specifically HRSD.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define workflows| case management| knowledge management| employee lifecycle| and service delivery processes.

Provide architectural governance| ensuring adherence to platform standards and security requirements.

Guide development teams (onsiteoffshore) with best practices| coding standards| and design patterns.

Lead integration design with enterprise systemsHRIS| Identity Management| ERP platforms| etc.Conduct architecture reviews| impact assessments| and feasibility analysis for new features and enhancements.

Own creation of technical documentation| architecture diagrams| and data models.

Mentor technical teams and support internal capability building.Participate in roadmap planning| platform upgrades| and ServiceNow release management.
