ServiceNow Architect

"We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead and design enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, including Service Management, ITSM, ITOM, and custom application development. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and architects to implement and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and IT strategies. Architect scalable and efficient solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow modules. Define technical solutions for complex ServiceNow custom applications and integrations with third-party systems. Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods. Develop and maintain ServiceNow best practices, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality solutions. Ensure the security, compliance, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions while implementing governance standards. Review and recommend improvements for performance optimization, system stability, and uptime. Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and administrators. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Keep up-to-date with new ServiceNow features, functionality, and best practices to incorporate the latest advancements into the solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization. Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules like Asset Management, Change Management, and Incident Management. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Glide API). Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other middleware tools. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform customization, and data modeling. Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and UI/UX design for creating user-friendly interfaces. Familiarity with ServiceNow Cloud Management, Performance Analytics, and Discovery. Expertise in managing ServiceNow upgrades and patching with minimal system downtime. Strong understanding of Security Operations and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in ServiceNow. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications. Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Chatbots, and Machine Learning integrations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in ServiceNow. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in relation to ServiceNow integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow ITBM (IT Business Management), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules."
