ServiceNow Architect- US

Role: ServiceNow Architect Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid - Weekly Twice) Experience & Expertise:

• Experience in providing strategy, design, architecture, and technical insight in designing and supporting the ServiceNow platform on best practices of ITSM/ ITAM/ ITIL
• Experience in defining the architecture of ServiceNow implementations and oversee their successful Deployment, Configuration, Implementation and Administration (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/ Strategic Portfolio Management)
• Good understanding & implementation of ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and CMDB
• In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of Service Catalog, designing Workflows, executing plans, Reporting, Discovery, Integrations, Workflow administration, report setup, data imports and exports.
• Experience writing SOPs for ServiceNow ITSM, Configuration Management/ CMDB
• Deployment and Implementation experience of the HRSD module, Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Project Deliverables:
• Lead Requirement Gathering, Scoping-in and design workshop by engaging with client stakeholders.
• Assess current deployments, footprint and configurations followed by suggesting strategic recommendations for improvement as well as technical best practices.
• Analyze the time & resource requirements for overall change management including design, development & implementation of technical solutions. Certifications:
• ITIL
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
