ServiceNow HRSD Only Fulltime with Hexaware Merrimack NH (Onsite) Role Overview: Key contributor to the Enterprise HR/Payroll Platform team, focusing on ServiceNow enhancements and support. Responsible for improving efficiency, resolving issues, delivering enhancements, and supporting case management tools in an Agile environment. Expertise Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of Business/Systems Analyst experience in ServiceNow.
• 2+ years of JavaScript experience on ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow configuration or 2+ years of development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Agile environment experience; HR knowledge preferred but not mandatory. Skills and Attributes:
