Are you a talented ServiceNow Platform Developer looking to make a significant impact? At Cardinal Health, our Information Technology division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower our operations and enhance business value. We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet various organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement robust applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform tailored to business requirements.
  • Facilitate seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools.
  • Automate processes expertly using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, ServiceNow Studio, and Integration Hub.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage the deployment of code to production environments.
  • Oversee software installations, creation, configuration, and data loads to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Produce and maintain detailed release notes, user guides, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Engage with platform communities to stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Promote ServiceNow best practices and advocate for out-of-the-box solutions when applicable.
  • Assist and mentor Citizen Developers using App Engine Studio and low-code/no-code tools, ensuring adherence to governance policies.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, demonstrating a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and implement system enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in developing enterprise software solutions.
  • ITIL v4, CSA, CSD, or CIS ServiceNow Certifications are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with integration components such as SSO and LDAP.
  • Proficiency in web technologies including AJAX, XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
  • Understanding of databases and data-driven web applications.
  • Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis and system design.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, or Python is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure like GCP, AWS, or Azure is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with UI Builder for creating responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience in building and customizing Workspaces and Next Experience Workspaces.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and low-code/no-code development is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower is a plus.

Anticipated Salary Range: $94,900 - $135,600
