You Are:

The Work:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to C-Suite leaders, delivering optimal solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Providing leadership and oversight on critical ServiceNow projects for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for value addition and collaborating with internal ServiceNow teams to drive initiatives forward.
  • Enhancing our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
  • Managing and mentoring teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical capacity.
  • Demonstrating the ability to consult on governance, program/project management, business processes, and technical challenges, providing various options with their associated pros, cons, and risks.
  • Accessing extensive training and certification opportunities as a member of the ServiceNow Business Group.

Some travel may be required for this role, depending on business needs and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • At least 8 years of experience with ServiceNow in a Development & Technical Architecture role.
  • A minimum of 8 years driving IT transformation and strategy planning, ideally in a high-tech consulting environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, and Wagile.
  • Minimum of 4 years implementing and enforcing standards like code and architectural reviews, along with advanced scripting skills in JavaScript and SQL.
  • Three or more ServiceNow certifications (System Admin-CSA, Application Developer-CAD, and preferably ITSM).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years); for an associate degree, a minimum of 6 years' work experience is required.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have database experience.
  • Experience with cloud migrations.
  • You hold an ITIL certification.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS or Azure.
  • Experience in building prototypes.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
  • A team player with proven team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and their supporting architecture.
  • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, with a strong background in consulting and project management.

Compensation at Accenture varies significantly, influenced by multiple factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As per local laws, we provide a reasonable salary range for the following locations:

  • California: $94,400 to $266,300
  • Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000
  • Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000
  • District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000
  • Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000
  • Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000
  • Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000
  • Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000
  • New York/New Jersey: $87,400 to $266,300
  • Washington: $100,500 to $245,000
