KPMG is excited to announce an opening for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to be part of our Digital Nexus technology organization. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to grasp their needs and create tailored solutions within the ServiceNow framework, or collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on recommending alternative platforms.
  • Design and implement robust, flexible, and maintainable solutions, including leading proofs of concept for innovative initiatives.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems utilizing iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to quickly identify and resolve critical issues.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions, including IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and more.

Qualifications:

  • At least seven years of relevant experience in solution architecture, specifically in ServiceNow, with in-depth expertise in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM, etc.).
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications are required, with CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) being strongly preferred.
  • Experience delivering business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from both developer and administrator angles, including challenges related to upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
  • A solid understanding of the practical application of ServiceNow in various industry contexts, as well as knowledge of the interplay between modules and core data.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow and other common technology platforms serving core business functions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for effective engagement with clients and cross-functional teams.
