ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will be integral to the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions within a consulting framework. This role may require travel based on client needs, with potential travel ranging from 0% to 100%.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript or related application development.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience with Application Experience, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years); for those with an Associate's degree, a minimum of 6 years' work experience is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Angular JS.
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Development APIs.
• Experience with Web Service Integration (API Web Services).
• Knowledge of LDAP Integration.
• Experience with Single Sign-on configuration and administration.
• SQL experience.
• Confidence in presenting to large audiences.
• Advanced experience with ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, and PPM is advantageous.

Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation Certified.
• ServiceNow System Administration certified.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certified.
• ServiceNow Developer certified.
• ATP Trainer certification is a plus.

The compensation for this role at Accenture varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience level. The annual salary range for various locations is provided below:

• California: $63,800 to $196,000
• Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
• Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
• Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
• New York/New Jersey: $59,100 to $196,000
• Washington: $68,000 to $180,300
