Your Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you will manage ServiceNow transformation initiatives and establish vital client relationships. You will enhance your consulting and leadership skills while contributing to our mission of building a better working world.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to evaluate their models and processes.
  • Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient system architecture solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

In this role, you will manage ITSM process improvements, advise on AI solutions, and guide clients through technology-driven changes. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading workstreams across ServiceNow ITSM projects including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentoring a multidisciplinary team and providing industry-leading insights for process implementations.
  • Assessing company capabilities and contributing to strategic roadmaps.
  • Facilitating client workshops to gather requirements and strengthen project outcomes.
  • Delivering quality project artifacts with effective communication of project status.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM projects.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), along with at least one ServiceNow certification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

  • Advanced certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Experience with performance analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow AI solutions.
