Senior BMC Helix Developer

Job Description:

• Design and develop solutions using BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development including Asset management and Dashboards
• Collaborate with the customer and team to design a long-term implementation roadmap and develop future BMC Helix capabilities
• Document the customer's requirements, customizations, and changes
• Analyze the customer's requirements and develop and design solutions using BMC Helix to satisfy those requirements
• Responsible to know and convey ITIL and ITSM process flows within BMC Helix
• Provide BMC Helix technical leadership to support process improvement efforts
• Perform evaluation of alternatives for BMC Helix out-of-the-box vs. custom solutions with an assessment of risks & costs.
