Staff Network Operations Engineer

This role will support US Public Sector customers. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ServiceNow's global cloud network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• Maintain software-defined, declarative infrastructure at scale using automation tools like Ansible and GitLab

The successful candidate should have experience with load balancers, routing/switching devices, security devices, hybrid/cloud environments and container technologies.
