Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business rules
• Create and customize UI Policies, Client Scripts, Server Scripts
• Build and maintain Service Portal widgets and pages
• Develop Script Includes , REST/SOAP integrations, and APIs
• Perform unit testing and support UAT
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow issues
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Admins, Architects, and business users
• Participate in platform upgrades and patching activities

Qualifications: Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
• Proficiency in JavaScript , Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and security rules
