As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions using ServiceNow platform modules like HRSD, ITSM, WSD, or GRC.
- Elicit business requirements through discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, product backlog grooming sessions; create user stories facilitating these activities
- Analyze functional specifications and translate them into ServiceNow configuration needs while working in Waterfall or Agile/Scrum environments supporting project delivery
