Job Description:
Crowe is actively seeking a highly technical Senior Consultant to enhance our ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) team. This is the perfect role for candidates who enjoy hands-on development and configuration work, especially within the ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. As part of our collaborative team, you will design and implement robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive significant results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Execute technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, which includes:
- Creating discovery patterns, probes, and sensors.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting MID Servers.
- Establishing Event Management rules and alert correlation.
- Designing and deploying Service Mapping.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems like monitoring tools and CMDB feeders.
- Transform technical requirements and architecture into scalable, maintainable implementations.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Create and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.
- Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews.
- Engage with clients in technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting techniques.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling.
- Experience integrating with third-party tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, and LogicMonitor.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - in Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management - Preferred
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting complex logic.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

The wage range for this role considers various factors including skills, experience, training, and business needs. The estimated range is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year.
