Your Key Responsibilities

- Leading workstreams across ServiceNow ITSM projects involving design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentoring a multidisciplinary team and offering industry-leading insights for process implementations.
- Assessing organizational capabilities and contributing to strategic roadmaps.
- Facilitating client workshops to gather requirements and enhance project outcomes.
- Delivering high-quality project artifacts while effectively communicating project status.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM projects.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), along with at least one other ServiceNow certification.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, complemented by experience in managing teams.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Advanced certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience with performance analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI solutions.
