Software Asset Management Analyst – ServiceNow

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage software licenses for major publishers (Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk etc.)

• Perform compliance audits, create software models, entitlements and reconcile procurement data

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) and ServiceNow

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets

• Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
