In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration to deliver high-quality applications and ensure optimal system performance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving abilities, solid project management skills, and a proven track record of mentoring junior developers. A commitment to excellence in service delivery and continuous improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliDesign, develop, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform/liliLead and execute configuration, customization, and maintenance tasks/liliCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives/liliProvide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development/liliDesign and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards/liliConduct system testing and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance/liliProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers/liliEnsure compliance with best practices, standards, and security measures/liliParticipate in periodic travel as required/li/ulh3

Required Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience/lili4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration/liliServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)/liliProven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines/liliExperience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, Service Catalog, KM certifications and experience within the ServiceNow platform and working knowledge of those processes/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization/liliExperience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms/liliCreate and maintain system design/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/liliPeriodic Travel/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3
