Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM - Hybrid
Purpose
We are looking for a driven Solution Consultant to enhance our ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM solutions. In this role, you will function as a technical advisor, providing engaging demonstrations, leading key technical conversations, and supporting successful sales processes.
This remote position provides the flexibility to work from your home office.

Your Responsibilities
- Work with sales teams to analyze client needs and propose tailored ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM solutions
- Lead product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations, emphasizing ServiceNow’s value to clients
- Communicate with both technical and executive-level stakeholders, ensuring ServiceNow capabilities align with client goals
- Design solution architectures and create process workflows that showcase how ServiceNow addresses complex business needs
- Develop technical documentation, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses in partnership with sales and delivery colleagues
- Maintain expertise in ServiceNow enhancements and market trends to anticipate and respond to customer needs
- Participate in client workshops, technical discovery sessions, and deep-dive discussions to build confidence in ServiceNow
- Work with internal teams to align proposed solutions and actual deliverables
- Serve as the technical point of contact during pre-sales, providing timely answers to client questions and concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years in pre-sales or technical consulting focused on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex technical solutions
- In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, features, and customizations
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills to connect with all audiences
- Advanced problem-solving and a client-first approach
- Commitment to continuous learning in ServiceNow technology
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-based solution pre-sales
- Working knowledge of integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiar with Now Assist and Creator Assist
- Experience with telephony/cloud integrations (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect)
- Knowledge of ITOM monitoring tools
- Project management certification or training (PMP, Agile/Scrum)
Required Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
