Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solution Consultant to support our ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM offerings. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrate solution value, lead technical discussions, and support successful sales engagements. This is a flexible work from home position, allowing you to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions using ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical presentations.
- Engage with stakeholders across technical and executive levels to align ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives.
- Design solution architectures and workflows that address client challenges and improve processes.
- Support sales and delivery teams with technical documentation, proposals, and RFP or RFI responses.
- Stay current on ServiceNow platform enhancements, new features, and market trends.
- Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and detailed technical discussions with clients.
- Collaborate internally to ensure proposed solutions can be successfully delivered.
- Act as a technical point of contact during pre-sales, addressing questions and concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM.
- Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions clearly.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features and customization capabilities.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with ServiceNow technologies.
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-based solution pre-sales.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Now Assist and Creator Assist tools.
- Experience integrating telephony cloud solutions such as Genesys or Amazon Connect.
- Exposure to ITOM monitoring and observability tools.
- Project management experience or certification such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum.
Required Certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation Certification v3 or v4
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
