Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions on a federal support contract. This role focuses heavily on ITSM implementations , new functionality build-out, integrations, and platform governance. Ideal candidates have strong hands-on development experience and a solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years overall software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• 3+ years working with ITSM or CSM
• Strong JavaScript and advanced ServiceNow scripting experience
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Discovery, SAM, PPM)
