This is Jaydeep Singh from Empower Professionals, we have an opportunity for a Lead ServiceNow Developer, this is a hybrid role in NC.

Role: Lead ServiceNow Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid locals only)

Duration: 12+ Months

Description:

We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on development experience and exposure to SPM modules. The role involves configuration, customization, and technical leadership within the ServiceNow platform.

Certifications Required:

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)

Required Experience:

• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow SPM

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, with a focus on SPM modules
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
• Lead development activities and support junior developers with technical guidance
• Perform code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices
• Work closely with architects and business teams to implement functional requirements
