We're seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect, who's an encouraging team player, is passionate about the ServiceNow platform and has a knack for producing an excellent customer experience and designing highly supportable solutions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Defining scope and providing technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work
  • Understanding client requirements and translating to these into workable system solutions, creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.
  • Creating and maintaining Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements
  • Demonstrating product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements
  • Working with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects and delivery managers to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • An ability to define at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client business problems
  • More than 4 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform including designing and implementing solutions, and fundamental understanding of the relevant key technologies
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services,
  • LDAP, JDBC/ODBC; well versed in CSDM 3.0 framework and an understanding of popular coding languages.
  • A keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.
  • The ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • The ability to self-manage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team.

  • Effectively manage diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.
  • Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.
  • Ability to lead a team of consulting and client professionals on multiple projects.
  • Being a leader in our EY ServiceNow practice mentoring our team members through career coaching
  • A strong work ethics.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • ServiceNow certifications
  • Consulting Experience

Education

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.

  • Vancouver & Toronto : $110000 to $160000
  • Victoria : $99,000 to $149,000
