We have an immediate need for a talented Information Technology - ETL Developer 2 (ServiceNow Developer). This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Diego, CA (Hybrid). Please review the job description and contact us ASAP if you are interested. Key Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture & Development-
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Client and enterprise systems using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, MID Servers, web services (REST/SOAP), and message queues.
• Lead the integration architecture for new capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and governance models.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks, patterns, and templates to accelerate future integrations.
• Technical Delivery & Platform Engineering-
• Build and enhance Script Includes, Business Rules, Transform Maps, Import Sets, custom APIs, and data flows.
• Support platform upgrades, runbook automation, and best-practice integration hardening.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues; implement corrective and preventive solutions.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management-
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, Security, HRIS, ITSM, ITOM, and external vendors to define functional and technical integration requirements.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for API design, authentication models (OAuth, Basic Auth), and secure data exchange patterns.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and participate in peer reviews.
• Governance & Documentation-
• Create high-quality architectural diagrams, sequence flows, mapping documents, and operational documentation.
• Ensure integrations adhere to compliance, privacy, data retention, and audit standards.
• Contribute to Client governance models, coding standards, and CI/CD automation. Key Requirements and Technology Experience
• Must have skills: -ServiceNow Development, Integration, CMDB, ITSM and JavaScript
• 6–10 years of experience as a Client Developer, with at least 3 years specializing in integrations.
• Strong expertise with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server orchestration, and web service integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Client Glide API, and Client scoped application development.
• Experience integrating Client with enterprise systems such as HRIS, ITSM tools, CRM systems, identity platforms, monitoring tools, or cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of authentication frameworks (OAuth 2.0, JWT, Mutual TLS).
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex issues across distributed systems.
• Client certifications preferred (CSA required; CIS for ITSM/HRSD/Integration Hub highly preferred). Additional Information
