They’re looking for a true ServiceNow authority — someone who can own architecture decisions, lead technical delivery at scale, and operate confidently with senior client stakeholders. This isn’t a back-room design role; it’s highly visible, highly influential, and central to major digital transformation initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading technical architecture across large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Defining platform strategy, integration patterns, and enterprise-wide solutions
• Acting as the senior technical authority across delivery teams
• Advising clients at C-suite and programme leadership level
• Supporting pre-sales, solution shaping, and complex bids
• Mentoring architects and helping drive technical standards and best practice

What they’re looking for

• Deep, hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect within consultancy
• Strong enterprise architecture and integration experience
• Proven delivery across complex, multi-module ServiceNow landscapes
• ServiceNow CTA is highly desirable (or very close to achieving)
• Comfortable operating at Senior Manager level, balancing delivery, design, and commercial input

Package:

Up to £120,000 base plus a strong consulting package (bonus, pension, benefits).
