Support client facing ServiceNow support for ITSM and a ServiceDesk supporting over 17 applications.Work as a team member on large and complex programs to ensure end-to-end automated solutions are successfully operated and maintained., Evaluate standards/governance/business requirements/schedules of multiple client projects/applications., Skillset:, - Assess technical/functional requirements.manage administration/maintenance schedules, provide seamless coordination across software/supporting business functions/projects, perform day-to-day platform administration/maintain stability/usability/ handle incidents/planning/upgrades/enforce config control processes.,
