Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Consultant to enhance our client engagements. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the implementation and support of ServiceNow solutions, working effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Refine user stories and collaborate with business consultants to align technical work with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to the implementation team, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow standards and security policies.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live activities.
  • Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer effectively.
  • Build and deploy UI policies, actions, script includes, and monitor overall system health.
  • Implement software solutions using best practices within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Lead workshops for ITOM Discovery or ITAM implementations and validate data collection processes.
  • Conduct reports and create dashboards to provide insights into system usage.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • 5+ years of technical experience with ServiceNow.
  • Current certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery, Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM.
  • Advanced configuration skills and architecture experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Custom Reporting and Performance Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive team player who fosters collaboration within the organization.
  • A willingness to grow professionally and a desire to learn.

Preferred:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Mapping.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM Pro.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to perform job functions consistent with ADA standards.
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting most of the time.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks using a computer.

Compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and paid time off.
