ServiceNow ITAM Developer / Implementor with HAM Pro Skills

As a ServiceNow ITAM Developer, your role will involve utilizing your 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a specific focus on ITAM. Your responsibilities will include:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub to develop and customize ServiceNow ITAM applications.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of ITAM modules such as HAM Pro and Cloud Insights.
• Utilizing your experience with CMDB and Asset Discovery tools like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and SN Discovery.
• Familiarizing yourself with various software licensing models such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle.
• Building and troubleshooting integrations while ensuring seamless connections with external systems using Rest and Soap Integration.
• Creating and customizing reports and Dashboards to meet the organization's requirements.
• Writing and maintaining Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows for effective application development.
• Developing Service Portal widgets, catalog items, and UI Pages to enhance user experience.
• Configuring and automating asset lifecycle workflows including procurement, onboarding, assignment, and decommissioning.
• Implementing and maintaining Discovery, Asset Reconciliation Rules, and CMDB Data Integrity to ensure accurate asset management.
• Ensuring compliance with software licensing, hardware lifecycle, and audit requirements.
• Collaborating with ITSM, CMDB, Procurement, and Security teams to facilitate end-to-end asset management.
• Supporting platform upgrades, patches, and new feature enhancements to optimize ServiceNow applications.

Additionally, you are required to have the following qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITAM/SAM/HAM/HAM Pro (preferred).
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes.
• ServiceNow CAD or CSA certification.

Please note that this role will commence at the Chennai location for the initial 6 months, following which you will be required to relocate to Mexico for a minimum of 2 years.
