The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and with high quality.

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate these into ServiceNow configurations/customizations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project status, risks, and deliverables.
