ServiceNow Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily ServiceNow support for troubleshooting, enhancements and configuration updates
• Manage and maintain CMDB health discovery mapping MID server config.
• Support Oauth-based API integrations with external systems handle post-clone activities reconfiguration validation environment alignment

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM ITOM implementation & troubleshooting analysis skills across multiple modules including Inciden Change Problem Discovery Event Mgmt etc.. They should also have proven experience integrating MS Teams Azure AD within ServiceNow Assist workflow tasks collaborate w internal teams resolving issues delivering quick turnaround support.
