You Are:

An Enterprise Solution Architect with extensive experience in engaging prospective customers across Enterprise IT Systems. You thrive in environments where Application Managed Services and Professional Services are integral to the client’s operating model. With strong presales instincts and the capability to convert complex technology landscapes into impactful solutions, you partner with senior stakeholders to shape modern IT service delivery outcomes.

Your expertise includes a background in ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms, architectural thinking, and the ability to guide clients through various solution options, delivery models, and implementation strategies. You work effectively both independently and collaboratively, advising on best practices while co-creating solutions with clients.

The Work:

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a value architect across a diverse portfolio of opportunities, ranging from smaller solutioning efforts to large-scale, multi-faceted transformation programs for Enterprise IT Managed Services and Professional Services offerings.

Lead Pre-Sales Architecture & Solutioning:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions during the presales phase.Define key components for enterprise IT operations, including workflows, platform architecture, integrations, and ongoing operations.Craft value propositions related to automation, service maturity, operational excellence, and cost optimization.Represent the Solution to Senior Stakeholders:

Act as the primary architectural voice in discussions with leadership, sales executives, senior clients, and functional owners.Effectively communicate the value, rationale, alternatives, and trade-offs of solutions, aligning them with business outcomes.Drive Technology Delivery Sign-Off & Governance:

Secure approvals for Technology Delivery by aligning solution scope, risks, assumptions, delivery models, and financial factors with leadership.Ensure the solution adheres to industry standards, client objectives, budget limits, and contractual risk boundaries.Collaborate Across Sales, SMEs, and Delivery:

Partner with sales teams, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts throughout the sales cycle.Serve as a liaison between presales and delivery teams to validate the feasibility and operational readiness of the solution.Ensure Standards & Compliance:

Promote consistent, standards-based solutions by coordinating with Legal, Commercial, and Corporate Development Transaction Services.Participate in reviewing and providing input on specific contractual terms and conditions as needed.Support Delivery Alignment & Deal Stabilization:

Work with Technology leadership to identify appropriate delivery Points of Contact.Lead early stabilization efforts on newly closed deals to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.Travel may range from 0% to 100% based on deal stages, client discussions, and business requirements.

Here's what you need:

At least 8 years of experience in a technology environment with a strong emphasis on outsourcing, managed services, or systems integration.A minimum of 5 years in roles focused on solution planning, deal shaping, or presales architecture.A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in Enterprise IT systems, ideally including ServiceNow, platform administration, integrations, workflow design, or operational architecture.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).Accenture offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
