Technical Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer (beyond certifications).
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
• Strong experience with:
• JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS
• GlideRecord queries and scripting
• Experience configuring and integrating out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Risk Management or GRC-related implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules.
• Configure ServiceNow UI components:
• Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces
• UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions
• Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, Portals
• Configure workflows and automation:
• Business Rules, Script Includes
• Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Workflows
• Notifications, Mail Scripts, Events
• Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
• Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
• Perform data imports into GRC application tables.
• Build and support system integrations using:
• ServiceNow Integration Hub
• REST APIs
• Execute functional and component testing on GRC workflows.
• Create and maintain technical solution documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Provide ongoing production and end-user support.
• Support deployment planning while ensuring software compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Hands-on experience with:
• ServiceNow Integration Hub
• REST-based integrations
• 4+ years working in Agile enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
