Job Description:

ServiceNow Service Mapping / ITOM Developer with extensive technical and hands-on experience that includes a proven track record of successful deployments for external customers.

Responsibilities:

Craft, configure, script, and own the technical solution on the ServiceNow platform to ensure successful deployment for our customers.

Work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories) and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.

Demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, as detailed aboveImplement and Configure a broad range of ServiceNow Applications, such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee CenterDesign / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access ControlsExtensive knowledge with crafting Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configurationSolve and repair common configuration issuesBuild Prioritized Applications using StudioAutomate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow EngineBuild data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNowDeep technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration HubDocument all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer
