Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Operations team supporting various business processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:ServiceNow Developer
Location: Adelphi, MD or Remote
Pay Range: $72/hr
What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripted solutions to support business needs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow portals, forms, notifications, and access controls to enhance user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using web services and APIs to streamline operations.
- Lead requirements gathering, technical design, and solution architecture for new features or enhancements.
- Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and support platform upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including module configurations and integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of web services, JSON, and integration technologies, along with familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and GRC.
