Senior ServiceNow Developer Role

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will provide operational and end-user support for the Service Catalog of products within our fully integrated ITSM solution.Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute at an advanced level to enhancements and ongoing operation of ServiceNow.
• Provide long-term oversight to ensure continuity and integration for Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, CMDB modules.
• Contribute to design development efforts related to ServiceNow platform integrations.
• Automate legacy processes using available workflows best practices.
