The role of ServiceNOW Administrator (CMDB) involves operationalizing and administering existing CMDBs.
- Create an assessment of needs for existing CMDB within 2 weeks
- Create Project Plan to Operationalize existing CMDB within 1 month
- First Draft of CMDB Process Plan within 60 days
Daily/Weekly expectations:
- Plan and Lead meetings for each project daily/weekly
- Meeting notes using our template will be sent out within 24 hours of each meeting
