ServiceNow SPM Consultant (Hybrid - Atlanta, GA)

ServiceNow SPM / PPM Implementation experience recent Portfolio, Demand & Resource Management Processes Business Process Workshops & Requirements Gathering

Hybrid onsite from Atlanta GA - Please note mandatory AI interviews will be administered. L1 and possibly client discussion is also required

Lead process discovery workshops with business stakeholders to define and refine SPM processes including Demand, Project, Resource, Agile, and Financial Management.

Analyze current as-is portfolio and project processes and design optimized to-be workflows aligned with ServiceNow and industry best practices.

Define business and functional requirements for ServiceNow SPM modules such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful configuration and integration of SPM functionalities.

Support testing, SIT, and UAT training and deployment activities to ensure successful adoption.

Define ar training materials.

Advise stakeholders on SPM governance, prioritization frameworks, and strategic alignment of business initiatives.

Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment of SPM processes with organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

Five plus years of experience in IT or Business Process Consulting with three plus years in ServiceNow SPM or PPM implementation.

Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, Project Management, Demand Management, and Resource Management processes.

Experience with ServiceNow SPM modules including configuration and process design.

Knowledge of Agile Development and integration with tools such as JIRA and ADO.

Familiarity with financial planning and cost management within ServiceNow SPM.

Proven ability to run workshops, gather business requirements, and document process flows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.

ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

ITIL certification or PMP or PMI ACP is an added advantage.

Skills

Experience with enterprise portfolio governance and strategic planning processes.

Exposure to multi-module implementations such as SPM integrated with ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.

Familiarity with reporting and analytics using Performance Analytics.

Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical solution design.
