We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to support an account in a steady-state. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow Administration skills, Agile, and problem determination.
- Manage a ServiceNow environment, including update set promotion, upgrades, data loading, testing etc.
- Promote code in ServiceNow
- Test code and work defects to resolution
- Work service requests to completion
