Leadership Provide technical leadership to development teams offering guidance on platform capabilities custom development and integrations Collaborate with senhancementsCustom Development and Integrations Oversee the developt of custom applications workflows and integrations with third party systems Ensure best practices in custom scripting API development and use of Integration Hub Lead design sessions for integrations and automation using Flow Designer Orchestration and other ServiceNow capabilitiesGovernance and Compliance Establish and enforce governance frameworks ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements Perform regular architectural reviews platform audits and health checks Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance scalability and securityMentorship and Team Leadership Mentor and coach junior develExperience Fifteen plus years of experience in IT with five plus years of hands on ServiceNow platform experience Proven experience delivering large scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules Expertise in ServiceNow SPM PPM and custom application development using App EngineSkills Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture data models security and best practices Proficiency in designing complex workflows business rules client scripts and integrations using ServiceNow scripting Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and tools such as Integration Hub Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM and PPM modules Ability to work with Agile methodologies and tools such as JiraEducation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist in SPM or PPM are highly desirablePreferred Qualifications Experience with ITIL DevOps and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Hands on experience with Now Experience Framework UI Builder and custom component development Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce SAP or Oracle and their integration with ServiceNow Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skillsCore Focus Areas Solution Architecture and Design Technical Leadership Platform Strategy and Roadmap Custom Development and Integrations Governance and Compliance
