Software Engineer, ServiceNow

As a Software Engineer at UBS, you will be a member of Group HR Technology within the Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO), focusing on providing and building Human Resources-related solutions to enhance the candidate & employee experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and enhancing digital products and technology services for internal clients and employees.
• Applying a diverse range of software engineering practices, from user needs analysis to automated testing and deployment.
• Ensuring quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by following digital principles and implementing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Incorporating observability into solutions for monitoring production health, incident resolution, and risk mitigation.

Your expertise should include:

• 4+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow with HRSD domain and proficiency in Javascript.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, testing best practices, user-centric design, and ServiceNow ATF.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong communication skills in English.

You will work in an agile and autonomous team in Group HR Technology in Pune, with the flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week.
